Is Friday The Best Day Of The Week?

Friday is finally here, and you can smell the excitement in the air. Odessa looks to pick up its first win of the season at Abilene tonight, and Permian looks to get back on track at home vs. Midland. So if you’re traveling down I-20 to Abilene to root on the Broncos or staying local to watch the Panthers try and defeat Midland, have tons of fun and cheer your heart out tonight.

Hello loyal and beautiful Thrifty Nickel readers, and happy Monday! First of all, I’d like to congratulate Permian on their big win Friday night against Odessa, both teams fought hard to the end and deserve our recognition. Even though I predicated the score of the game wrong, I was correct in saying Jorrion Wilson would run for two touchdowns and help Permian win the game.
