Just this morning I had to contact one of my utility companies because my bill had some very strange extra charges on it. Well I chose to go the ‘Live Chat’ option to get it resolved. After waiting ‘in line’ online for nearly an hour, a customer service representative finally responded to my question. After 35 minutes of back and forth, she was able to credit my account for the extra charge and remove it from any future bills. Even though my wait was much too long for my liking, the customer service rep. took care of the problem and made me happy in the end. We’ve all made it to the official mid point of this week and boy does it feel good to finally have the weekend in sight. I must have rolled off the wrong side of the bed this morning because I’m just not feeling like my normal self. Tonight is the big rumble at Ratliff between Odessa High School and the Permian Panthers. What an exciting weekend of football it was! The Cowboys held on and defeated the NY Giants to the tune of 36-31 at AT&T Stadium in Arlington.
