Just this morning I had to contact one of my utility companies because my bill had some very strange extra charges on it. Well I chose to go the ‘Live Chat’ option to get it resolved. After waiting ‘in line’ online for nearly an hour, a customer service representative finally responded to my question. After 35 minutes of back and forth, she was able to credit my account for the extra charge and remove it from any future bills. Even though my wait was much too long for my liking, the customer service rep. took care of the problem and made me happy in the end. That’s what customer service is all about, making sure your customers are happy so they’ll stay your customer!
